Hehas over 25 years experience building companies from conception to acquisition as CEO,President, COO, Board Member, Investor and Founder. Previously he was the CEO OFNewsforce, an online media company, the President & COO of Risk Data Corporation, ahealthcare technology company, as well as, the CEO and Board Member of Cervilenz, a medicaldevice company. In his career Vince has completed ten rounds of equity and debt financing,including venture capital for one company totaling $17.8-million that developed into asuccessful sale.
