A majority of today’s startups have cofounders. Some Accelerators, like the Y Combinator, won’t consider your application unless you have a cofounder. MIT Professor Edward Roberts in “Startups That Work”, stated that the chances of being very successful increased at 2, 3 and 4 cofounders. The benefits of cofounder teams are obvious…the work is shared, so is the pressure and there’s a diversity of skillsets. Cofounders also means human dynamics are in play…all the time. In this session, we have a panel of 3 different cofounders that will talk to us about their cofounder experience and wisdom earned. Nope, no knock’em sock’em drama, and lots of opportunity for you to ask questions about The Good, The Challenge and The Reward of having cofounders.
