UW Law's Center for Advanced Study and Research on Innovation Policy (CASRIP) is pleased to announce the launch of the Washington Pro Bono Patent Network!  This program, with assistance from the United States Patent & Trademark Office, matches low-income entrepreneurs with volunteer patent attorneys across Washington State.  Please join us at William H. Gates Hall, Room 138 to learn more about the Network and how to apply for patent help.  Lunch will be provided.

Professor Zahr K. Said is an Associate Professor of Law, and Lead Faculty Director of CASRIP (Center for Advanced Study and Research of Innovation Policy). She holds a Ph.D. in comparative literature from Harvard University, a J.D. from Columbia (where she was a Kent Scholar and served as Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and the Arts) and a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley (magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa).
