Meet experts and network with your peers at Techstars Startup Week Seattle!

Friday, October 6 • 10:00am - 11:30am
Future is Female: Women's Experiences in Tech Education. (World Cafe)

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Let the record state, there IS a place in the world of technology for women! This will be a conversational panel conducted as a world cafe.

What is a World Cafe?

In short, a more interesting way to network.  We will set the scene by inviting individuals who are at different stages of their tech education experience. We want to create a space for each of them to speak to their experiences. Each interest group (current student and alumni) will be at a different table. Guests will have the opportunity to rotate through the tables to meet a variety of individuals and learn from their experiences.

Our panelist will answer:

  1. What drove you to getting more education? (What was your inspiration? How did you get the support to get started?)

  2. What are valuable learnings along the way? Was there a moment or a piece of advice that helped you know you were on the right path?

  3. What drives your future? What is your advice for someone who would like to continue along a similar path?
