Use Data for Inclusion

Diversity:  Data-Driven Solutions for Startups

What is diversity and what can you do as a Startup organization to build a better practice from the beginning?  How do you know when you've achieved your goal?  We will begin to answer those questions as part of a panel discussion that includes:

  • Interrogating Your Motivations
  • Diversifying Leadership as a Strategy
  • Create Inclusive Work Environments

Instead of "breakout sessions" we will offer "dig in sessions" because we are all here to learn. These topics will include:
  • Sourcing Without Assumptions [Nicole Maddox]
  • How to Measure & Be Accountable in Your Recruiting Efforts [Steven Matly]
