Hien DeYoung is an executive coach who works with CEOs and Executive Women.  She draws on her 20+ years in HR building life science startups that garnered $300m in VC funding including an IPO.  Her executive and corporate officer experience enables relevant context and insights for her clients’ challenges.  She is a formally trained executive coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.

Hien DeYoung has her own coaching and consulting practice.  Previously, she was VP HR and Corporate Officer with Acucela, Inc.  Before this she had her own HR consulting company (DeYoung Consulting) working with startups and emerging companies.  Former to this Hien was Director HR & Corporate Administration at CEPTYR, Inc.
