Joe Shao is the co-founder and Chief Talent Officer of Perfect Loop, a tech-enabled recruiting service specialized in building high-performance teams. Prior to starting Perfect Loop, he was a category manager at Amazon. In addition to helping people find their next opportunity,  Joe is passionate about his two rambunctious young daughters, Game of Thrones,  and crushing his Perfect Loop colleagues at Ping Pong. In a past life, he's was a known on the east side for being a tennis coach. Joe is a coach at heart and he gets the best out of the people around him, on and off the court.
