Michelle has invested in and advised technology companies for the past 2 decades.  She has been a partner at Ignition Ventures since 2000 and now is an advisor to SoGal Ventures investing in how the next generation works, plays and stays healthy.  Michelle has sat on numerous public, private, and not for profit boards. She is an advocate and fundraiser for women in tech, and leads the Ada Angels loan fund program to support women becoming software developers.  Michelle graduated with a BA from Columbia College, where she is now a member of the Board of Visitors, and a MA from Harvard University.  Michelle was a PSBJ 40 under 40 honoree and a Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute.
