Bianca Szyperski is the co-founder and manager of Jujubeet Artisan Juice Bars and Cafés, with two locations in Seattle and two on the Eastside. Jujubeet is opening a store at the SeaTac airport in 2018. Jujubeet is also delivering standing orders to corporate customers, runs a web site for the ordering of specialty products such as cleanses, and offers delivery besides in-store pickup. Two Jujubeet locations also function as commissaries producing fresh juices and foods.

The Jujubeet business idea was born out of a combination of Bianca’s desire to improve nutritional standards in her own family and, after not finding what she was looking for in the market, her conclusion that there was an opportunity to make healthy waves in the community. An emphasis on convenience paired with premium quality ingredients and exquisitely delicious recipes was thus established.

Bianca is married and has raised four kids. Together, they have lived in Switzerland, Germany, Australia, California, and now reside in Bellevue, WA. Bianca is an entrepreneur at heart and has started a few businesses before Jujubeet. Her previous work lead to the building of a hundred-strong, regionally distributed team and included the organization and leading of conferences.

Always willing to explore a new angle to her business, Bianca learns rapidly from success or failure with her customers and continuously pivots her company towards growth and success. Staying hands-on in all aspects of her business, from recruiting to planning, to finance, to marketing, to operations, is important to her and she leverages her broad understanding to jump in and help fix issues in the company wherever they present themselves. At the same time, Bianca looks to building the talent in her company and delegating responsibility to create opportunities for growth.
