Leslie was the Co-Founder and CEO of LearnBIG which created fun, interactive and effective eLearning for enterprise clients, using brain science and storytelling. LearnBIG was acquired in March 2017 by Launch Consulting Group, a business and technology solutions firm. As part of Launch leadership, Leslie builds deep partnerships with clients and helps them amplify change management and leadership development efforts.

Prior to LearnBIG, she led the education charge at Valve, a commercial game company, and helped inspire the industry’s entrance into the learning space.Leslie’s career in strengthening corporate and academic experiences includes stints at the Smithsonian Institution, University of Washington, and The Evergreen School.

Leslie attended the United Nations International School, did her undergraduate work at Cornell University, and has a Masters in Public Administration from New York University.
