Mei Lu is the Founder and CEO of Geekology.biz, providing technical recruiting training and consulting, and Jobfully.com, offering career coaching for software engineers and developers. She is also a Alumni Career/Executive coach for Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in software / high-tech industry.

Previously, Mei was a software engineer and an engineering manager, building software at Qpass, M.I.T., and MicroStrategy. She also recruited for many Silicon Valley tech companies, such as OpenTable, TubeMogul, RockYou, Model N, and Xactly.

Mei received her Master's Degree in Computer Science from University of Pennsylvania and her Master's Degree in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
