As a Senior VP for CB Richard Ellis, he focused on large scale corporate consolidations, build-to-suits and change-in-use renovation development and dispositions. His clients included General Electric, Sears, The US Postal Service, AT&T, Hearst Corp, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research, Surguard and many large regional companies.
