Stephen is a Co-Founder and Investment Officer for DFS Lab. He brings experience in advising private, NGO, and nonprofit clients on technology investment and innovation. Previously Stephen worked with the Financial Services for the Poor team at the Gates Foundation. He spent his early career in Silicon Valley helping telecom, consumer technology, and healthcare companies value their innovations and IP.

Stephen earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business and his BA in Economics and International Political Economy, both from Berkeley.
